By popular request here is our
Gluten-Free Fruit Scones Recipe

100g Self Raising Flour
150g Rice Flour
Pinch Salt
1 Teaspoon Xanthan Gum
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
50g Butter

Mix all ingredients to a fine breadcrumb

Add 50g Golden caster Sugar

Mix in
200ml Milk
1 Egg

Whilst adding milk add in fruit of choice eg cranberrys or raisins

Consistency should be fairly elastic,
and use an ice cream scoop to measure into
2 inch cutter.

Bake at 180 degrees for 18 minutes and check with skewer that they're cooked
